Dev,

Absolutely I'm up for it :)

1. Who would be on the list of women you most admire and why?

2. Describe your "I feel great" outfit. (Every woman has one - that outfit that makes her feel uber sexy.)

3. If money, time, and physical health were such that you could do any daring activity that you chose, what three activities would you try for the first time? (You define what "daring activity" means to you.)

4. List something that really turns you on for each of your five senses.

5. If you could furnish a dungeon with anything you wish, what objects would you include?

Susan,

I almost spewed grape Fruit 2O onto my computer screen when I read your response. I'm sure that others are reading :)

Your Sensual Mist story was so cute. I don't know that I would have caught the similarities to a product nearly as quickly as you did. Please let us know as soon as you select a name and a URL as many of us are really looking forward to hearing more from you.

A chateau in the Alps sounds great!

Ms Susan - so lovely of you to offer. Your questions:

I’m sure you know the first question on my mind (and on the mind of many others). If you’d rather not answer this one or any of the others, I certainly understand and won’t be offended. Ok - so my first question for you is - do you think you might ever resume blogging?

I think so. I actually set up a blog a few weeks ago. I called it The Sensual Mist which I thought would a delicate, sexy and somewhat mysterious name. I then found out that Sensual Mist is actually a personal lubricant product.

Not kidding.

I’ve always found the internet a bit scary. I really admire people who share their lives in a blog and I do think I'll be writing some erotica soon. Watch for it at Summer’s Eve. blogspot.com.

2. If you could wave a magic wand and poof! - for one day be a man. Would you? If so, what do you think you might learn?

I’d kick Agotaras’s ass.

Just want to see if anyone’s reading this:)

I would be a man for a day. Hopefully I’d be a rather good looking man because I’d definitely want to have sex and since I’d only have one day, I really couldn’t count on my personality eventually winning her over.

I think I’d learn that being a guy is not an easy gig. And hopefully what it’s like to have sex as a guy.

3. If you could be in a position of influence over a group of people, what group would you want to influence and how would you wish to influence them?

The American public in general. Stop celebrating the great man and start celebrating the good man.

Man = person.

We worship the trinity of fame, wealth and power. The average garbage man, caregiver, policeman etc. does more for society in one day than Paris Hilton does in a month, but it’s not really celebrated in this country. As a result some feel they don’t have a life well lived or that they have value. It’s really the small kindnesses and everyday acts of heroism that make our lives special.

4. If you could create a paradise that you (and Ty) could escape to from time to time, what would it be like?

I guess I should say a deserted island but after watching Castaway; Not so much.
I’d really like a chateau in the Alps. I love to ski and would paint and read while my guy regained his strength after some seriously loud sex. Would need a satellite uplink so I could call my kids every other hour though.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone, who would you choose and why?

I know I should say Da Vinci or the Pope or Jon Bon Jovi, but I’m going with my husband. He’s great looking, funny and always interesting.

Felix,

I would rather listen to you (or anyone else) talk about yourself than talk about myself. Talking about myself reminds me of those scenes in the CSI shows where the characters explain to each other the simplest details of jobs they’ve had for years, so the members of the TV audience can figure out what they are doing.

I've frequently wondered if what I write bores people completely out of their minds for almost the exact same reason.

Reading your responses was very interesting, so never fear :)

I love to teach, and to learn. If you want to get me talking, ask me to help you learn something. I would rather lose an argument than win it, because if you can best me I will have learned something new.

If I wanted you to teach me something, what would you be willing to teach?

I feel the same way about losing an argument.

A great body, so I’d look good in Spandex. (Is that a super-power?)

Smiles. I'd say looking good in Spandex was indeed a super power. Very few people look good in it.

I had a problem a while back with insomnia, and have found hypnosis invaluable in dealing with that.

I can really identify with that. It's good to know you're doing better :)

Thank you for responding. I've enjoyed getting to know a little about you.

OK, here goes:

1. Since I don’t really know anything about you, if you were to sit down to talk with me, what three things would you consider important to initially tell me about yourself?

* I would rather listen to you (or anyone else) talk about yourself than talk about myself. Talking about myself reminds me of those scenes in the CSI shows where the characters explain to each other the simplest details of jobs they've had for years, so the members of the TV audience can figure out what they are doing. I already know what it's like to be me -- I'd rather learn what it's like to be you.

* I am deeply skeptical about the human race, but I am endlessly fascinated by individual human beings. I am completely open-eyed about the evil that people do, which makes me love all the more the goodness I often discover in such imperfect beings.

* I love to teach, and to learn. If you want to get me talking, ask me to help you learn something. I would rather lose an argument than win it, because if you can best me I will have learned something new.

2. If you were given $50,000 and told you must spend it on yourself, how would you spend it?

* A faster, more up-to-date computer, with a bigger screen. I'm really tired of having to reach over and turn the crank a few times every time the screen on this one starts to dim.

* A trip to somewhere (or several somewheres) beautiful and amazing

* Something beautiful to look at -- a painting, a sculpture, a photograph, or a lovely garden

* A class, seminar, or workshop where I can hone my skills or learn something new.

3. If you were a super-hero, what super-powers would you wish to possess?

* Flight

* Teleportation (would render flight superfluous, but I would fly for the sheer thrill of it, or for sightseeing)

* Telekinesis

* Perfect health/rapid healing/immortality

* A great body, so I'd look good in Spandex. (Is that a super-power?)

4. Do you have an interest in hypnosis? If so, how and when to you come to be interested?

Yes. I have been aware of and interested in it since fairly early childhood, so early that I can't say how exactly it came to my attention. When I was young I regularly imagined scenarios of hypnosis and self-hypnosis. I tried to hypnotize someone from time to time, but lacked the basic knowledge necessary to do so successfully.

I forgot about this fascination for many years, but then I joined a relaxation program offered through my then-employer, which involved being hypnotized as part of a group. This reawakened (so to speak) my interest in the the subject, and I also found the experience very pleasurable.

I'm interested both in performing hypnosis and in being hypnotized. I don't really have much of an opportunity to pursue the first interest, but I have had some good success going into trance with mp3s, including yours. (Thank you!) I had a problem a while back with insomnia, and have found hypnosis invaluable in dealing with that.

5. If you could undo one event in history, would you and if so, what would it be?

Yes, absolutely: the First World War. It undid a burgeoning international order, fatally undermined the confidence of the West, unleashed the twin evils of Communism and Fascism on the world, and gave birth to all the terrible conflagrations to come in the twentieth century, and perhaps in the 21st. The First World War did not bring evil into the world, but it uncorked the bottle and let the genie loose. We have never really recovered from that disaster.

----

Well, that was fun!
