For someone who is a talker, I have had a very quiet week. There are lots of things going on, most of it internal stuff. I haven’t answered the phone, responded to email or anything. I just don’t feel up to talking.
So… since I resolved some time back to post something daily if at all possible, you may have to just put up with pics of sexy looking people. That won’t be too tough on you, will it? :)

Well, Christmas has come and gone and I didn’t release my new erotic hypnosis MP3 as I planned. I’m a little disappointed, but I know that the delay will be worth it. I recorded my latest session, “Breath”, and distributed it to a few friends and volunteers for a test run. The results were generally quite positive, but there were a few very good suggestions for improvement. Since I really want to do my best work before I publish a new MP3, I thought it would be better for it to be delayed and improved by re-recordng.
New target date? New Year’s Day.

Three posts in one day. Seems I have a bit on my mind :)
I was talking with a friend earlier about my previous post, “The Internet or Sex – Which Will It Be?“. When I remarked that I really had difficulty believing that 39 percent of males ages 18-34 would choose the internet over sex, he reminded me how strongly many people’s sexual lives were impacted by the internet. Clearly the things available online can be a driving force in masturbation fantasies.
After thinking a bit, I wondered how many people felt masturbation was just as good or better than sex. As a general rule, do you? (Yes, of course there are exceptions and many factors to take in consideration. I’m just curious which you’d choose over the other if you had to choose.)

According to (an Intel) survey, nearly half of women (46 percent) and 30 percent of men would rather go without sex for 2 weeks than give up Internet access for the same amount of time. For women aged 18-34 it was 49 percent and for women aged 35-44 it was 52 percent. For men aged 18-34, it was 39 percent.
I’d be lying if I said the stats for women surprised me, but.. 39 percent of 18-34 year old men opt to surf over having carnal knowledge of a woman? Wow.
Yes, access to the internet is a fairly important aspect of my life. During the times I’ve had computer problems I felt a little lost, but I cannot even begin to fathom opting for net access over intercourse. I don’t know if that makes me a bit of a nymph or just very lucky when it comes to having wonderful intimacies. Probably a bit of both ;)

Today’s word of the day is “swaffelen”.
A Dutch dictionary company says Web visitors have voted “swaffelen” — an English slang verb meaning to swing one’s exposed penis — as the word of the year.
Van Dale Publishers said swaffelen, which more specifically requires the penis in question to swing toward or bump against another person or object to qualify, topped the list of nominees by receiving 57 percent of the 16,000 online votes, Expatica reported Tuesday.
I’m not sure why but it really struck me as hilarious that over 8,000 people voted for this as word of the year. Can you imagine trying to work it into a casual conversation?
