This evening we will be having a memorial service for our friend, Goddess Kwan Yin. The previously scheduled one had to be postponed due to power loss here. If you are one of her friends, please write and I’ll forward the instructions to you.

I will be speaking for a few moments at 8:30pm and 10:00pm EST.

Over at Arafin’s place, it’s Fabulous Face Friday. I liked the concept, so I’m going to jump in and participate as well. He hasn’t really established any guidelines and I doubt he will – he’s a free spirit sort of guy :) As such, I will post interesting faces period – not necessarily “beautiful” and/or “sexy”.

And for that matter – heat! Yes, finally we have heat and power in the frozen tundra (I know I live in the south but hey, parts of the south have looked like St Nickland for a week or so.)
I wanted to say a quick hi and let everyone know we’re ok. I had a bit of an accident today so I’m off to bed early, but I’ll be back to writing soon. (I’m fine, just sore.)
