I agree with Lunarlens on all counts.

Earlier I was reading about “Courtly Love” on Wikipedia.

There is some of this that makes me think of you. I hope you accept this as respectfully meant because it is. I know you honor the marital committments of others so I am not suggesting that you would encourage anything inappropriate. I think many of us are smitten as they have said and would serve you not out of some idealized submission role but because we do so admire you and care for your happiness.

Sometimes yes. I don’t feel weird reading what Lady Julia writes. I feel many other things but not weird. :-) It does feel strange sometimes reading things that people say about me when they do not know me at all.

You may also be, I sense, too powerfully strong for David, even though he is definitely and captivatingly smitten, already. But why should he not be? You are so easily who you are, and because you are you, just you wiithin you, how could David or any one not be smitten.

And it may not be about any peripheral ammenities; they are like but subsequent rewards, are they not?

Whether it runs towrad dating, remains flirtacious, or extrapolates into a beyond, as certain as the relationship continues growing straightaway, powerfully planting herself firmly wiithin Love and Trust and Respect, well, what is shall be. Then, two might explore as one all what is locked within every man and woman, most definitively.

What’s fascinating to me is how in this situation, you are the more experienced partner in this area.

In my switchy past, I’ve always been the more experienced one, researching, thinking, explaining, and reflecting. I wonder what it would be like to have a more experienced partner who would take the lead?

Your description of that time was VERY SWEET and a bit exciting! It’s so fun reading about the interaction You’re having with David. Thank You for sharing about it. If he brings You your favorite dessert at some point, i’ll know he’s really been doing his homework.

And the image of You dancing around the yard with a rake is too cute.

Coincidentally – i cranked up the music here last night and was dancing away on the wood floors while working on the house after dark. The huge windows facing the ocean made me visible for anyone to see. But You’re right about how music and dancing makes everything better. i’m quite sore today from my escapades.
