    Some good additions. I wonder why there are not more people who submit things for publication. Do you want more or are you happy with it being smaller?

    From my perspective as a repeat submitter to FF…

    People who care about the quality of their stories put a lot of time into them. I’m able to write my “Shiver of Restraint” episodes in 1 or 2 evenings, but I spend a lot of time thinking about the story before I write it and I spend another 2 evenings or so editing after it’s written.

    Some of the people who are able to produce quality stories for Femdom Fantasies may also be pursing other venues. I have multiple (mainstream) novels in the works, and writing for a strictly non-paying femdom market isn’t going to dominate my writing time. Heck, my plan for my writing career involves building a referenceable portfolio used to wow potential publishers, which also means submitting to mainstream magazines. So my plate is full. And I’m sure I’m not unique.

    This may be a small part of the answer as to why there aren’t more submissions.
