I’m going to be busy over the next several days, so I’m not sure how much I will be around to respond to emails, calls, etc. Just wanted to let you know because I am aware that a couple of my friends worry when they don’t hear from me for a couple of days. I do believe I will have time to post some already-written pieces and to read/respond to comments left here.
The piece I’m posting today is something I’ve thought about for some time now and have really struggled with how to share my views without offending the majority. I know there are always going to be a few who get in a snit no matter what I write, but those people are predictable and I generally feel their getting upset is their choice and thus their problem. My intent is to share food for thought, not to criticize. I am sure most of you know me and will take it that way.

Even if you are being critical, aren’t there some things that go on that should be criticized?
I would like to add that offering suggestions in your concerned and teaching manner is not the same as the put downs we see from neurotic superiorty-complex stricken women on some other blogs. I have lost respect for many of the “Dommes” that blog because they use their sites as a way to build their fragile self-esteems off the backs of men who are at least trying.
I hope you are having fun this weekend Lady Julia. Will you have Evil Cowgirl stories to tell when you return?
