This makes a delicious, “What’s the Story” photo, doesn’t it? I’m sure that it pushes the buttons of more than a few of you to think of not one but two ladies binding you and having their way. What happens next?
Many thanks to those of you who have responded to my poll and the previous “What’s the Story” posting. I’m very pleased when you give of yourself in those small ways. Really – I’m not using the word “pleased” lightly. It touches me when people are thoughtful enough to give back.
Recently a few of you have mentioned you would love to do things for me but have no idea what to do. I’m so far away from almost all of my readers – it’s not like you could drive by my house and wash my car, right? ;) (The last time I had a discussion with a group of men about that, they all ended up painting their fingernails bright red for me. Remember fellas?) :)
Things you can do that would please me: Comment on a post when you have something that would add to the conversation or if it is something you particularly enjoy reading. Participate in polls or send photos that you think I might enjoy. Write a short story and send it to me. There are lots of small things one can do for any blogger that will bring a smile. The things I mentioned please me and they help me feel connected to the people who visit here.
Since I posted my last poll over 6,000 people have visited my blog. Sixteen people have participated. That’s something I simply just don’t understand. I’m not complaining – I don’t expect things from people I don’t know, but I do find it amusing. I suspect the irony isn’t lost on some of you, too :)
To those of you who are always there for me – my good boys – you know who you are – thank you. I adore being friends with you (and toying with your mind a bit from time to time ;)
Finally, with regard to password protected posts here, the password is my real first name (first letter capitalized). From time to time I will post things that I only want to share with my friends and these entries will be password protected with the same password.

I normally don’t post on surveys when I don’t think my results will be very interesting. As I read your words above, I went and found the survey and answered it anyway.
The thing is, my answer was boring. “No, I haven’t,” just doesn’t seem to add anything worthwhile to the conversation. As a computer geek, I’ve spent my entire life boring people. I strive so hard to realize when I’m going to stray into boring and avoid doing so. I figure silence is golden, especially compared to being boring :-) Silence leaves space for people to wander through their own thoughts — which is probably far more entertaining than anything I’m daring enough to say in my best moments, after all. *grin*
